So far so good.

The last couple of months have been a little crazy. In June, I had Lyme disease. In August, I had an issue after getting the Shingrix vaccine. I had hives, redness, and swelling of my wrists and was light-headed, and throwing up. My heart rate went to 137 BPM. This was when I went to the ER. They gave me prednisone, Pepcid, and Benadryl. I went back to work and was fine for the most part. Later that afternoon, my right wrist was hurting. So I took some Tylenol after work and relaxed. The following day, my arm was bothering me, and so was my wrist. Around 11 o'clock, my right arm up to my neck was in so much pain. I went to the ER and was given a Medrol Dosepack. I was told that I may have rheumatoid arthritis. So I saw a doctor who told me to get more blood tests, and I will see her at the end of September. However, she said that having Crohn's causes a particular type of arthritis which I think is rheumatoid arthritis. She hasn't told me yet. I made it through work for 2 weeks, a record for me. Right now I'm in a flare-up. I'm trying to get my flare-up under control. I'm wondering if this is due to not enough Humira. I think this is because Rheumatoid arthritis is another autoimmune disease. Since my body is already fighting another autoimmune disease. It could be slightly stronger, and my immune system is not suppressed enough to be in a heal. I'm going to try and update this blog more. I try to put up a merch store through Teespring.
